5-axis CNC machining
5-axis CNC machining achieves high-precision machining of complex curved surfaces and special-shaped parts through multi-axis linkage, completes multi-faceted cutting in one clamping, greatly reduces process switching and manual intervention, and improves efficiency and consistency.

Three-coordinate detection
The principle of three-coordinate detection is to establish a three-dimensional coordinate system, use a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to inspect and measure the shape and position tolerance of the workpiece, and determine whether the error of the workpiece is within the tolerance range.

CNC turning is suitable for shafts, rotating bodies, complex surface machining, machining accuracy of ± 0.005mm.
Precision grinding is commonly used for processing high-precision parts, which can achieve high surface quality and dimensional accuracy, such as aerospace, medical equipment and semiconductor equipment, machining accuracy of 0.1 ~ 1 μm, surface roughness Ra0.025 ~ 0.2 μm.

EDM wire cutting is suitable for complex structure processing, such as mold holes, cavities, narrow slits and corners of cavity parts, narrow slits, grooves, machining accuracy of ± 0.005mm

Vacuum brazing of aluminum alloy, stainless steel and copper alloy can be realized, and the brazing temperature can reach 1300℃.

Vacuum diffusion welding of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper alloy and titanium alloy can be realized, and the welding temperature can reach 1700℃.
